Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g smoked ham
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 250°C. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle generously with Provençal herbs and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then let cool. Peel the garlic and onion. Place them in a suitable container with the basil leaves and blend into a paste with olive oil. Finely chop the ham and the oven-dried tomatoes. Then mix well with the ricotta and the onion, garlic, and basil paste. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
