Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, variety of your choice
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 5 large sausages, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ½ liters of chicken broth
  • 2 tsp, leveled curry powder
  • e.g. parsley, cress, chives, fresh
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the noodles separately. Bring the corn and its liquid, the chopped carrots, and the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Remove the skins from the sausages and form them into small dumplings. Fry them in a little oil. When the noodles and dumplings are cooked, add them to the vegetables. Add the curry powder and freshly chopped herbs. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
