Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of tortellini
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 peppers, yellow, diced
- 250 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 200 g cream
- 100 ml milk
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, fry the ham cubes in a pan. If desired, add a little more fat to the pan and fry the peppers and onions. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Then, mix the cream and milk with the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Place the tortellini in a baking dish with the vegetables and mix. Pour the cream sauce over the tortellini. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
