Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 tbsp margarine (diet margarine) for frying
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 2 jars of mushrooms (note: with juice)
  • 4 bell peppers, colored
  • 2 cups of cream or Cremefine
  • 1 pack of processed cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 can of corn
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onions and sauté in the heated margarine. Add the ground beef and brown well. Then add the tomato paste and stir. Add the canned tomatoes and mushrooms with their juices and heat through. Press or finely chop the garlic and add it. Finely dice the bell pepper and add it as well. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Now add the cheese and cream and let it melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and the Italian herbs. Finally, add the corn. Serve with fresh flatbread (note: calorie information does not include flatbread).
