Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- ½ stalk(s) leek
- 375 ml water
- ½ cube of stock
- 150 g herb cream cheese
- 150 g cream cheese spread
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stalk(s) baguette(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sauté the onions in butter. Add the minced meat and leek. Brown everything thoroughly. Add the water and stock cube, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cheese and mushrooms. Stir until the cheese has melted. If the soup is a bit too thick for your liking, simply add a little more water.
