Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of Maultasche(n), classic, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion(s), finely diced
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, cut into cubes
- 2 carrots, cut into thin slices
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into thin rings
- 400 g mushrooms, cut into slices
- 250 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Paprika powder
- some chives
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
so delicious, kids love it!
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Maultaschen with the onions and mushrooms, then transfer to a baking dish. Sauté the finely chopped vegetables in the pan and add to the baking dish. Mix the two together. Combine the milk with the eggs, spices, and chopped herbs and pour over the mixture. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and stir again to distribute the cheese. Cover and bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
