Cheese mixture – toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese spread
  • 400 g ham, cooked
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Paprika powder
  • 8 salt and pepper
  • 12 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Flatten the cheese with a fork, mix with the mustard and butter. Chop the ham into small pieces and fold in. Finally, fold in the finely chopped onion. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on toast. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
