Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180-200°C. Halve the rolls horizontally. Peel and finely dice the onion, and place it in a bowl. Add the cream cheese, tuna, and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl and mash everything with a fork until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Spread evenly onto the roll halves with a spoon or knife. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve with a crisp, fresh leaf salad.
