Quick Camembert roll

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g Camembert(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 75 ml white wine
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce or hot ketchup
  • 4 rolls, fresh
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mash the Camembert as thoroughly as possible with a fork. Add the butter and white wine and mix until creamy. Finely chop the onion, parsley, and chives and stir everything into the Camembert mixture. Season the Camembert mixture with paprika, pepper, and chili sauce. Cut the rolls open and spread some Camembert mixture on each half. Place the roll halves on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200°C until the Camembert cream is golden yellow (approx. 15 minutes).
