Spätzle salad with smoked pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 large beef tomato(s), diced
  • 200 g smoked pork, diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the spaetzle according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Mix in a bowl with the vinegar and oil and let stand for 30 minutes. Slice the spring onion into rings and add to the spaetzle along with the diced tomatoes and smoked pork. Stir in the garlic and finally season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
