Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 can/n peas
  • 2 tomatoes, pitted and diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 3 gherkins, diced
  • 200 g diced cooked ham (alternatively diced turkey breast or meat sausage)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 2 eggs, boiled, diced
  • 1 small can of corn, optional
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce or Maggi
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Mix with the other ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and seasonings and season well. Pour over the salad, fold in, and let it marinate well.
