Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g butter, room temperature
- 250 g Camembert(s), medium-aged
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 chili peppers, red, cut into rings, e.g. Thai bird’s eyes
- 2 chili peppers, green, cut into rings, e.g. Thai bird’s eyes
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bayern meets Thailand
Remove the rind from the Camembert and mix it with the butter. This is best done with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Serve with pretzels or pretzel rolls.
