Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter, room temperature
  • 250 g Camembert(s), medium-aged
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 chili peppers, red, cut into rings, e.g. Thai bird’s eyes
  • 2 chili peppers, green, cut into rings, e.g. Thai bird’s eyes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bayern meets Thailand

Remove the rind from the Camembert and mix it with the butter. This is best done with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Serve with pretzels or pretzel rolls.
