Ingredients for 5 servings:
- ½ stalk(s) leek
- 100 g ham (salmon ham)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 package of crackers
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely slice the leek, wash, and drain well. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips. Sauté the leek and smoked salmon in a pan with oil, then mix with the cream cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and spread it on the crackers.
