Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 egg yolks, fresh
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 175 g butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, and crème fraîche in a deep bowl and whisk until smooth. Slowly melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Gradually add the butter to the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
