delicious and easy as a dessert or contribution to the cold buffet
Wash various fruits, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes. Halve the grapes, leaving a few whole ones for garnishing. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the fruit cubes and distribute the juice evenly. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and mix. In a bowl, mix the quark with enough milk until it becomes creamy and reaches the desired consistency. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir in. Add the remaining brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and desiccated coconut and mix. It’s best to serve this in a glass bowl, alternating layers of fruit salad and coconut quark, starting with the quark. Then garnish the last layer of fruit with a few grapes and desiccated coconut.
