Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized dumplings
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 stalk(s) leek or spring onions
  • 1 cup sauce (gravy)
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cumin
  • salt and pepper

Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the sliced ​​leek and fry briefly, then season with cumin and deglaze with the water and gravy. Stir in the sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the dumplings and place them in the casserole dish. Season the meat sauce with salt and pepper and drizzle over the dumplings. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 220°C until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
