White chili with chicken

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • some oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 1 can chickpeas (400 g)
  • 1 can of beans, black or other variety (400 g)
  • 200 g green beans, frozen
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onions, finely dice the carrots, and very finely chop the chili pepper. Brown everything in a little oil in a pan until hot. Finely chop the chicken and add it. Sprinkle with paprika and deglaze everything with the stock. Add the chickpeas, beans, broad beans, and lime juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for five minutes. Finally, add the cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Season with salt. Baguette is best served with this dish. Tip: If you like it even spicier, you can use more chilies or add chili powder at the end.
