Spicy chicken protein power pan with feta cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ can kidney beans
  • 150 g broccoli, frozen
  • 150 g green beans, frozen
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Spice(s) for oven-baked vegetables, of your choice
  • ½ pack of shepherd’s cheese

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the chicken breast fillet, slice the onion into half rings, chop the chili, herbs, and garlic, slice the cherry tomatoes, and drain the kidney beans. Precook the broccoli and green beans in the microwave for 5 minutes according to the package instructions. Fry the chicken in a pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then add the onion, garlic, and chili and fry briefly. Now add the remaining vegetables and herbs and simmer everything together for a few minutes. Finally, season to taste and serve with the crumbled feta cheese.
