Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
- 1 jar of tomatoes, dried in olive oil
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 2 small cans of mushrooms, whole heads
- 3 peaches halved from the can
- 1 small jar of Pesto – Rosso
- 400 g salad cream with yogurt
- some basil, dried or fresh
- pepper
- Salt
- some curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. After cooking, add a splash of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking. Finely chop the ham, sun-dried tomatoes, and peaches, and halve the mushrooms. Mix the salad cream with the pesto rosso. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
