Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g diced ham
- 1 can of mushrooms, 290 g
- 250 g herb cream cheese
- 500 ml water
- 3 tbsp flour, some water to mix
- 1 shot of white wine
- 1 tbsp salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the diced ham and fry. After a few minutes, add the mushrooms and fry them as well. When everything starts to take on some color, add water. Bring to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese. Let it melt. Thicken with the flour. Stir in a good splash of white wine. Add the salad herbs. Let it reduce slightly. Serve with something like spaghetti.
