Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 ½ liters tomato juice
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 150 g noodles (kritharaki)
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 100 g cream
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the tomato juice, chopped tomatoes, and kritharaki (rice or pasta works too). Cook until the pasta is tender. Add tomato paste, spices, and cream.
