Spicy turkey curry with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey meat
  • 2 bottles of sauce (curry sauce)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (chili sauce)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced
  • 2 ½ cups rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the turkey into small pieces and place in a casserole dish. Pour the three sauce bottles over the meat, rinse the bottles with a little water, and pour this water into the casserole dish. Stir well. Place the casserole dish in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, chop the approximately 4-6 slices of pineapple. (More or less pineapple, depending on your preference.) After 30 minutes, remove the casserole dish from the oven, stir in the pineapple and the cup of cream, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice, which is lightly salted.
