Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 125 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 32 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes

Briefly heat the milk in the microwave. Dissolve the yeast in the milk with 10g of sugar and let it rest for about 2 minutes. Add the flour, 40g sugar, 50g margarine, and a pinch of salt to the mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough evenly and spread with the remaining 75g of margarine. Mix the cinnamon with the remaining 75g of sugar and sprinkle evenly over the margarine. Roll out the dough and cut into about 12 equal pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes, until the rolls have reached the desired brown color.
