Mushrooms stuffed with onion sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 200 g mettwurst (onion mettwurst)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes or similar
  • 135 g goat’s cheese, optionally with herbs
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Halve the tomatoes. Break the stems off the mushrooms and place a piece of onion-cured sausage into each mushroom cap. Sprinkle with cream cheese and a pinch of pepper and garnish with half a tomato. Place all the mushrooms in a baking dish and scatter the remaining tomatoes over them. Drizzle with a little oil. Bake in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
