Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 500 g minced lamb
- 1 roll, stale and soaked
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- n. B. Garlic, to taste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 50 g bacon, fat, finely diced
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp butter flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sauté the onion in the butter until translucent. Combine the minced meat with the well-squeezed bread roll, the parsley, the onion, the egg, and the seasoning. Knead well. Form meatballs. Fry the bacon, then fry the meatballs in the bacon fat for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. They should still be pink on the inside. Grease a shallow dish with the fat from the pan and place the meatballs next to each other. Whisk the eggs well with the yogurt, season. Pour over the meatballs and top with butter flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until the surface is light brown.
