Fish fingers topped with cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 points fish fingers
  • 4 slice(s) smoked bacon
  • 2 onions
  • 4 slice(s) cheese, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, mild

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the still-frozen fish fingers on a heatproof plate. Finely chop the bacon and onions and fry. Then mix in the diced cheese and paprika. Spoon everything onto the fish fingers and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes. This goes well with potato salad and remoulade sauce.
