Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Knead everything together and form a roll. Brush the Strietzel with egg or milk and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
