Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g pasta (croissants)
- 200 ml cream (UHT cream)
- 100 g processed cheese (Emmental)
- 100 g ham, diced
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ tsp vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tbsp peas (frozen), optional
- n. B. Milk (UHT milk), possibly low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
a recipe for a 2.4 l crock pot / slow cooker
Grease the ceramic crock pot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the remaining ingredients (except the milk and the remaining butter) to the pot and stir well. Pour in the milk until everything is well coated and no pasta is visible. Sprinkle the second tablespoon of butter in small pieces over the dish. Cook on high for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Stir well occasionally, especially toward the end. For the last 10 minutes, reduce the heat to “low” or turn off the crock pot completely.
