Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 4 onions, finely chopped
- some oil for frying
- 150 g lentils, red
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 1 point tomato(s)
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- some water
- 250g spaghetti

vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise
Sauté the onions and garlic clove in oil in a pan until they begin to brown. Add the lentils, tomatoes, stock cube, thyme, and a little water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary, until the consistency is similar to regular bolognaise sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
