Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 thin flatbreads or wraps
- 350 g vegetables, frozen
- some salt and pepper
- some chili powder
- some vegetable stock powder
- n. B. herbs, frozen
- 3 tsp cream cheese, natural
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cook the vegetables in a little salted water. Add the cream cheese and melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, broth, and frozen herbs. Using a slotted spoon, place the vegetables in the center of the flatbreads. Fold the flatbreads in on both sides and place seam-down in a greased baking dish. Pour the vegetable sauce over the flatbreads and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the cheese has turned a light brown color.
