Tuna and zucchini sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some curry powder
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Drain and shred the tuna. Finely chop the zucchini. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Add the tuna and season with spices. Deglaze with the milk and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the zucchini pieces and simmer for another 20 minutes. Finally, add the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
