For the filling: Cream the butter until fluffy, stir in the sliced onion (QuickChef or QuickChef Boy), chopped eggs (QuickChef or QuickChef Boy), and chives. Season to taste. Finally, stir in the herb Gervais (spoon). Spread the filling over the ham (spoon), roll everything up, and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Cut the roulade open and garnish with parsley.
