Rice salad with bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • 125 g peas, frozen
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice and frozen peas according to the package instructions. Let cool. Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Cut into 1/2 cm thick slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the ham into strips. For the marinade, mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, sugar, and curry powder. Mix the rice, peas, bananas, and ham. Pour the marinade over the bananas and fold in.
