Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g kiwi(s), peeled and weighed
- 250 g pear(s), juicy, peeled
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- ½ pack of Gelfix (3:1)
- 175 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
from the microwave
Peel the fruit, cut into large cubes, and place in a microwave-safe container. Set aside 1 kiwi and 1/2 pear each, then puree the rest of the fruit with a hand blender. Scrape out half the vanilla pod. Add the vanilla seeds, the scraped pod, and the lemon juice to the fruit puree. Cut one kiwi and half the pear into small pieces and add them to the puree. Now add 1/2 packet of Gelfix (1 packet contains 25 g) and the sugar and stir. Then cover the container and place it in the microwave. Cook for approx. 8 1/2 minutes at 650 watts, stirring once halfway through. Once the fruit spread is ready, first remove the vanilla pod and then pour into prepared jars. Close with lids and place the jars on the lids for approx. 5 minutes. Then turn them upside down and let cool. Very quick to make and super delicious. Tastes super fruity because less sugar is used than in jam.
