Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g berries, e.g. blueberries, bilberries, blackberries, strawberries…or similar.
  • 200 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

ideal for the 1 l microwave jug from Tupper

Wash the berries and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Place the berries in a 1-liter Tupperware microwave-safe container or another sufficiently large microwave-safe container with a lid. Cook for 4 minutes at 640 watts. Then blend thoroughly with an immersion blender and stir in the gelling sugar. Cook again in the microwave for 4 minutes at 640 watts. Then pour the berries directly from the container into the hot, rinsed jam jars. Immediately screw on the lids tightly, and place them upside down on a damp kitchen towel. After 5 minutes, the jar can be turned over again. This makes 4 jars of 250 g each.
