Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g yeast
- 1 kg Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 800 ml water
- 5 tbsp sprout mix (germinated)
- 5 tbsp nuts
- 2 tsp salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Combine flour, yeast, 400 ml lukewarm water, salt, and a pinch of sugar to form a dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes, add the remaining water, and knead again. Let it rise in a warm place for 60 to 90 minutes, then knead in the nuts and sprouts. Shape into a loaf, let it rise on a baking sheet for about 40 minutes, and score it. Bake the bread at 180°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
