Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ¼ head of white cabbage
- 30 g bacon
- 1 small onion(s)
- 0.05 cl oil
- 1 vinegar
- 1 parsley
- 1 salt and pepper
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Remove the outer leaves from the white cabbage, quarter it, and remove the stalk. Then cut it into fine strips. Peel the onions and dice them. Dice the bacon and sauté. Then knead it with the spices. Add a little more water if desired. Tip: If you like, you can also add caraway seeds.
