Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 30 g almond flour
- 30 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 50 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 4 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 4 tsp maple syrup

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Mix the ground flaxseed with the water and let it stand for about 2 minutes. Mash the peeled banana with a fork. Combine the almond and wholemeal spelt flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir the flaxseed mixture, mashed banana, and oat milk into the flour mixture. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the dough in batches on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
