Salad with peanut oil dressing and peanuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce (SalaRico)
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Remove the shells from the peanuts, if desired, and toast them lightly. Chop the chives. Make a dressing from the peanut oil, vinegar, and chives and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Arrange the lettuce on plates or in bowls, drizzle with the dressing, and scatter the peanuts over the salad.
