Eikos sausage and pasta casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 5 small sausages
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup of cream
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. basil
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese (gratin cheese), grated

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fast, easy and affordable!

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Cut the sausages into pieces and fry in oil or margarine until crispy. Then add the mushrooms and fry. Drain the pasta, place them in a casserole dish along with the sausages and mushrooms, and mix well. Puree the tomatoes (with their liquid), season with herbs and spices, and finish with cream. Pour this sauce into the casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.
