Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta, raw
- 250 g Cremefine or cream
- 400 ml water
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g ham
- 200 g cheese, e.g. Gouda, Emmental
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tbsp herbs, e.g. parsley

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
without pre-cooking
First, whisk the eggs and mix them with the cream and water in a casserole dish. Add the raw pasta, salt, pepper, chili, and herbs. Dice the ham and fold it in with some of the cheese (grated or diced). Now press the pasta into the liquid so that it is barely covered. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the pasta. Bake in the oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 35-45 minutes. Variations: without ham, with 150g peas, with 200g broccoli, with 200g zucchini, with 150g diced tomatoes, with 1 tbsp instant broth, without egg, with tomato sauce, with spinach…
