Andi's pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (or more, including leftovers from the previous day)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, (pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g minced meat (mixed)
  • 200 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 ml cream
  • some garlic granules
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some herbs, Italian
  • possibly basil
  • possibly oregano
  • some chili oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Italian-inspired pasta casserole that is not dry, my own creation

Cook the pasta and drain. Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté in chili oil. Add the minced meat, fry until crumbly, and season. Deglaze the minced meat with the tomatoes, stir in the cream and sour cream, and season to taste. Place 2/3 of the pasta in a greased baking dish. Pour the minced meat mixture over the pasta and cover with the remaining pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes and serve with a salad.
