Slice the avocado and drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice. Dice the mango and add it to the avocado. Mix with salt, chili flakes, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. For the toast, combine the olive oil, salt, and garlic in a deep bowl and blend until softened. Toast the bread and drizzle with the garlic sauce. Serve with the salad.
