Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 40 g oat flakes
- 50 g brown cane sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 tsp speculatius spice
- 4 large persimmons
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with speculatius spice
Knead the first five ingredients into crumbles. Peel the persimmons, remove the stems, and chop finely. Place in serving tins. Sprinkle with crumbles. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Of course, you can also use a larger dish, but this will take about 50-60 minutes to bake.
