Bacon and cheese rolls

Mix the crumbled yeast with a little sugar or lukewarm water until liquid. Combine all ingredients in a large, lidded bowl, cover, and shake well. Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon at the end and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. With floured hands, form small rolls/buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with cheese, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or other seeds, if desired, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Depending on the size, you’ll need 16-20 rolls.
