Rhubarb-banana jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g rhubarb
  • 250 g banana(s), without peel, weighed
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1), or 1 kg normal

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the rhubarb into strips, then into cubes. Mash the bananas. Cook everything together in a saucepan according to the instructions for the preserving sugar. While still hot, pour into screw-top jars and turn upside down.
