Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 chili peppers, red, pickled (Piri-Piri)
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • ½ lemon(s), sliced
  • Peppercorns, colored
  • 1 handful of olives, black and green
  • Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes

Layer all ingredients neatly in a sealable preserving jar. Add enough sunflower oil to cover all ingredients. Let it infuse in a cool, dark place for at least three days. Then, use the seasoned oil for salads.
