- 400 g mozzarella mini balls
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs of mint, fresh
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp sour cherries, dried cherries or cranberries
- 500 ml olive oil, extra virgin Gentile

Dry the mozzarella balls thoroughly, peel the garlic and slice finely, and wash the mint and gently pat it dry. Divide the ingredients between four 250 ml jars, fill with olive oil until the cheese is completely covered, and seal the jars tightly. Let the cheese infuse for about 4 days in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place. It goes perfectly with an antipasti platter or simply with sliced tomatoes—a dream.
