Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 chili peppers, red, pickled (Piri-Piri)
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- ½ lemon(s), sliced
- Peppercorns, colored
- 1 handful of olives, black and green
- Oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes
Layer all ingredients neatly in a sealable preserving jar. Add enough sunflower oil to cover all ingredients. Let it infuse in a cool, dark place for at least three days. Then, use the seasoned oil for salads.
