Hmm… delicious! Perfect as a gift. Makes about 5 jars, depending on size.
Sort the grapes, remove the stems, and wash them. Then puree them in a blender and transfer them to a saucepan. If you like chunks of fruit in your jam, you can remove 100g of the grapes before puréeing, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pureed mixture in the saucepan. Stir in the gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for about three minutes according to the package instructions, then add the vanilla sugar and vanilla syrup and simmer for another minute. Preheat the preserving jars, then transfer the jam to other containers, seal the jars immediately, and turn them upside down for at least 20 minutes. Then turn the jars upside down and let them cool completely. Store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place.
